Terms and Conditions

1. IntroductionBy participating in the GoldenTicket2Space™ campaign ("Campaign"), you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before making any donation to the Campaign.
2. EligibilityThe Campaign is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who comply with all applicable laws and regulations. By making a donation, you confirm that you are eligible to participate.
3. Donation ProcessTo participate in the Campaign, you can donate an amount between $1.00 (USD) and $2,810,000 (USD) per donation ticket entry. Each $1.00 donation corresponds to one ticket entry. You may make multiple donations to increase your chances of winning. Donations must be made through the official donation platform provided.
4. Campaign ObjectiveThe primary objective of the Campaign is to raise funds to bid on the Blue Origin Astronaut Experience Auction taking place on June 12, 2021, and give one lucky participant a life-changing opportunity to experience spaceflight.
5. Bid and Auction ParticipationOn June 10, 2021, before 5:00 PM EDT, we will place a bid of $2,810,000 USD on the Blue Origin Astronaut Experience Auction, aiming to outbid the current highest bid as of May 20, 2021. We will participate in the live online auction on June 12, 2021, with all funders invited to watch via livestream.
6. GoldenTicket2Space™ Fund WinnerThe participant who holds the winning ticket, determined through a random number generator, will be designated as the GoldenTicket2Space™ fund winner. The winner will have the opportunity to become an astronaut and experience Blue Origin's first space flight. The winner will be notified accordingly.
7. Donation UseThe funds raised through the Campaign will be used to cover the costs of bidding on the Blue Origin Astronaut Experience Auction. If successful, the funds will be donated to The Blue Origin Foundation - Club For The Future, as stated in the auction details.
8. Non-Profit EffortsThe Blue Origin Foundation - Club For The Future will utilize the donated funds for inspiring future generations in pursuing careers in space and STEM programs, promoting space inhabitance, and designing space-related curriculums for educational institutions worldwide.
9. Shares and CryptoPlanetokens™As a gesture of appreciation, donors will be offered either a promissory note for 0.001 common shares of stock or one free CryptoPlanetoken™ from MarsBitMiner™, a cryptocurrency startup company. The company's future success is subject to market conditions and the viability of its business model.
10. Gateways for Lotto-OffersThe Campaign aims to pave the way for innovative funding models for future commercial space projects. It proposes the concept of lotto-offers to democratize access to space tours, promote space exploration, and potentially lower commercial space flight ticket prices.
11. Discretionary Terms and ConditionsThe GoldenTicket2Space™ ticket number is generated randomly based on the donor's donation amount, providing participants with fair and equal chances to win. The winning number will be determined through an Official Random Number Generator.
12. Compliance with Gambling RegulationsThe Campaign shall comply with applicable gambling regulations and guidelines to ensure transparency and fairness. Appropriate licenses and approvals shall be obtained as required.
13. Responsibility and LiabilityDonors acknowledge that participation in the Campaign is voluntary and at their own risk. The organizers and associated parties shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from participation.
14. Amendments and TerminationThe organizers reserve the right to amend or terminate the Campaign at any time, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
15. Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
16. SeverabilityIf any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
